The Broad Channel Theater Group will be holding a meeting on October 12 at Tomasina's Dance Studio on the corner of West 19th Road in Broad Channel at 8:00pm. This year the BCTG will be performing "Guys & Dolls". The show dates will be the first week in April. Anyone interted in being part of this production is welcome to come join us on the 12th. Whatever your talent may be, we can always use more people. We need actors, singers, dancers, scenery designers, program designers, carpenters, stagehands. Come be part of a fun group, we have lots and lots of laughs and good times. There is nothing better then watching a show start from nothing and getting to the finally where it all comes together and the applause sends chills up and down your spine because you know it was a GREAT SHOW!!!All are welcome, come join us!!

I was not born in Broad Channel, however my parents met there. I am looking for my father...I haven't seen him since I was 4 years old. His name was Jim Kelly and he lived in 14th Road from what I understand with my mother until they moved to VA. My Grandmother recently passed away and a man (Tommy)at the services stated a Stevie Canton knew where he was....any help would be greatly appreciated.

stumbled onto your website. I worked in Weiss' as a teen from 1966 to 1968. Sure had a lot of fun in those days. My brother worked there and 2 uncles also my grandfather worked the clam bar (Gus) for more the 30 years.

It was nice to see your website. We live in Homosassa, Fl. now, just 18 miles from Spring Hill which has a big population of people from BC. My sister sent me this address and she lives in Suffolk. We will keep it on our favorites.

The Broad Channel Volunteer Fire Dept. is having their annunal Halloween Parade on Oct. 30. It starts at the 17th Rd. park and ends at the BCAC Memorial Field. It will kick off at 12:00. All children and adults are welcome to march.

There is an adult party at the Legion Hall (I believe) Sat. Oct. 30th ... and a childrens party on Sun. Oct. 31st ...
